Japan was one of those countries that invented the whole cyber bullying thing. They just haven't learnt that feeling shame for everything they do isn't working, and that the problem is external, rather than internal. When they work that out, expect the usual kids going postal at school with heavy weaponry and such.
Sure, it would have the added benefit of making school-life animes more action packed, but I don't think I'd survive the withdrawl from having violent anime pulled off air briefly.

We can always write a script for anime that deals with a tv station being attacked by zombies after they pull their favourite anime due to violence concerns.
