Playlist - 27th May 2008

by Dhumahn » Tue May 20, 2008 11:19 pm

Remember everyone, talking must be kept to a minimum during meetings, ok?

This week's playlist is as follows:

Dennou Coil 9
Kamichu 12
Genshiken 2 2
Code Geass R2 3
Seirei no Moribito 21
xxx-Holic Kei 2
Darker Than Black 14
Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai 13

...enjoy

Few requests:

1. Even if you are up the back rows, BE QUIET. Even those at the computer could hear your running conversation of Code Geass R2 breast counts and whatnot. The human voice was a wide range of decibels. If you feel an urge to speak in order to prevent your brain from exploding, use the lower ranges so other people don't have to hear it. Or must we have a repeat of the blutig incidents between Kenny and Clint from a few years back? Believe me, White will be much harsher on you than Kenny was and believe me, Kenny had no fuse. We get that Code Geass R2 is an amusing melodrama but don't give a running commentary as loud as what we're watching. It's freaking rude.

2. Don't have a 5 minute conversation on a MOBILE PHONE during the screenings! Whoever was two rows behind me, I could hear your entire conversation and your female friend on the other end was coming through even louder than you were. If you get a mobile call, take it outside.

3. I was VERY TEMPTED to prove why I was nicknamed 'Mad Mendes' aka 'The Man Of A Thousand Faces' in primay and high school. Carry on like that again and your ears will cease to be functional after the fact.

4. Several people have made complaints to those in charge of AJAS. You are on notice.

5. These are the rules. Respect them. The playlist has improved this week, yes. It is reason to be excited. Still, don't ruin the enjoyment of others. If you need to chat without restriction, DO IT OUTSIDE.

PS. No longer regretting missing R2 ep 1. Episode 2 gave me plenty of what I was after. :)

Peace and please respect the rules.

This thread is too quiet (maybe it needs a random spawning of ninjas, like what happened in the mall yesterday)

Oh yeah, it's Tuesday tomorrow. I forgot about that.

Have some Phill and some Colin-kun and some Shana-chan to cheer this thread up. :)

That's when you know they're coming to get you. 8)

Anyways.... We're under threat, for the first time in a while, of actually catching up to the subbers, with both Code Geass R2 (though with the number of subbers for this series, quite unlikely) and xxx-Holic: Kei.

I remember when we had to stop playing Fumoffu because the sole subbing group who was keeping up with the broadcast eps decided to take time off.... 8)

Just thought I'd point out, Greg, that 11 is not followed by 10, unless you're counting backwards.

I've fixed the episode number mistake with Kamichu in the top post, but I wonder if Ryan noticed in time...?

I'm guessing by the lack of reaction he didn't even notice.

I'm guessing, by the lack of reaction, he'd already left for town.

With the right episode. 8)

Well, I guess he had enough sense to know 12 comes directly after 11 without the aid of a list. Mind you, he was asleep during Dennou Coil and Kamichu. :?

You'd probably be asleep, too, if you worked the hours he's been working. 8)

I'm surprised Atory beat you to it.

But seriously, that should be more than one sentence.

Atory Translation: I'm surprised Atory didn't beat you to it.

Now he has to go through and show you how it's done.

@Jim: Well, several is for 2-4. Few is 5 onwards so few is most appropriate.

Btw, I think I know what is making Bazza hurt:

Where I come posts like sxc's would be considered trolling. This forum doesn't use sage so the backup protocol must be referred too. :)

Whats a lod package?
