Well it's common sense. Enforcing skirts during winter is downright irresponsible so slacks being made compulsory for winter makes perfect sense. From memory, mini skirts and skirts in general became mainstream for all year round wear in the 1960s.

Amazed females were able to put up wth this for so long.

I don't think skirts would be enforced during winter, more that the girls just didn't want to wear anything else. In my mind it's completely up to them, if they want to freeze their asses off during the winter, I'm not going to stop them.

Oh believe me, Phill. Some of the schools over there are very archaic and do enforce some weird stuff.

Still, slacks look fine. I think the one who would really be crying his eyes out is Roy Mustang. :lol: His plan for all the women in the world to have mandatory mini-skirts has been shot down.
