This has been predicted for the last couple of years.
I can't say I'm entirely sorry to see ADV fall. However, Funimation isn't much better.

Well, ADV is not quite dead, but it has certainly left a big hole in their release shedule.

Btw, Hayate got licenced (english dub censorship ftw)
