The most outrageous US advertisement I've ever seen

...and no, there is no photoshop in this either, the ad actually appears in this news clip. Look closely to see it.

What truly gives the game away as suspicious is the anime series they are watching.

actually there is, no digital box can provide such a clear picture on such an old television. I mean, it's made of wood!
Mel Gibson's remake of The Life of Brian is nowhere near as funny as the original.

well spotted actually , no digibox can do that because picture output is based on the tv make . Hence without further ado , ... hoax closed ?

Well it probably is a real ad (especially because there's an article about it being not actually free)... the photoshopped screens are what advertisers call a simulated picture. In Australia they have to write "simulated picture" in the ad.
Mel Gibson's remake of The Life of Brian is nowhere near as funny as the original.

So not having the "simulated picture" notice .... does it mean that Merikens should've been smart enough to notice , or the other way ?

it means the advertisers would tell you it helps you live forever if they thought they could get away with it.
