Lan venue wanted!

by asurin » Sat Sep 01, 2007 8:04 pm

Looking to run another lan but instead of holding it in Gawler I think it would be good to have it closer to the city.

To do this we need a venue, eg house. I can arrange switches, wireless etc.

Lan will be for Ajas members and friends.

Hey Brian ... you think you can either boost the signal strength until it reaches Singapore or setup a satellite connection ?

if you're particularly into lanning, i can point you towards a really good lan club that i go to. $16 for guys, 27 hours of lanning normally. all sorts of other cool stuff, including food for a nominal fee (will not post link to their sight unless requested)

Where are they located? Lanning is freaking uber for bonus double honour weekends in the battlegrounds. So if the place is within reach for me, I'll go.

All my weekends in the holidays are taken so I'll only be able to make it if it's a Uni weekend.

If anyone wants a hand transporting their cases I could probably help. I've managed to fit 2 whole systems + their owners into Shana before. 8) Bowchickabowwow

Why don't we use Stormies? Since they are shut down I'm sure we could borrow the brothel :)

I have no idea what to call my car (VR Holden station wagon). I think I need a cute/cool/small car before I start naming it after girls.
