I must feel proud about the things I choose ...,

Be it Ero-games , doujinshi , or clothes ; its all the SAME !

but he's just a rip-off of strongbad, really. and strongbad is far cooler.
come to think of it, has anyone asked the ninja to draw a dragon?

The transition from Higurashi to Ask A Ninja might seem an enormous step to take, but not, apparently, for the AJAS forum. 8)

actually, that's pretty common for most forums. by this point in time the streetgeek forums would most likely have progressed to something like moose, or whatever random word pops into someone's head

That's why we have the split topic button.

but that goes against the spirit of forums. if a thread goes off topic, that normally means there is little left to be discussed anyway.

The new topic may be of interest of others though and giving it a proper title will let everyone know where it is.

that's normally only necessary when you have alot of highly active threads, considering how little time it takes to catch up. that and it's often difficult to get all of the posts that relate to the new topic in the new thread.

I think threads usually only get split when a mod or admin wants to discuss the original topic further.

i don't fear them because i find them neither scary or dangerous, though it's probably not wise to use the term 'cute' to describe them or else i think they may become so :P

I do, but I was thinking more of the kind of chop yomi from azumanga daioh uses, in taekwondo our chop's a bit different, called the knife hand strike, which ive used to break boards with that techinque.

the difference between a 'karate' chop and the knifehand strike is that in knifehand we bend our fingers a bit while with the other chop it's straight fingered... I reckon itd be more dangerous for you guys if I used my downwards knife hand considering my first time using downward knife hand strike as a board breaking techinque... found it works very well for me in one go, near perfect break... and that was my first board break XD

Rutten Taekwondo, which is affliated with Taekwondo Australia, which is a part of World Taekwondo Federation.. it means I may have to start as a white belt again after being third grade with Rhee International Taekwondo ( Australia) which is ITF based but not affliated with any organizations.

Yes atory, WTF heh

The change is because my instructor has been using many silly excuses in holding people back, he held me back because Im deaf and because I lipread, so im forbidden from being graded in mainstream gradings because he thinks Master Rhee would find it offensive even though its recorded that Im deaf, i have very limited hearing and best of all, I cannot hear very well from 100 metres away.
recently I had to practise at home because my grandfather has emphysema and was diagonised only weeks ago after being in hospital twice and are not able to drive, proably no more driving for him for the rest of his life, so I have to learn to drive and thats the problem, pop's the only qualified driver in the house hold.

I told my instructor ( friend told for me anyway because the friend goes to another branch and knows of my instructor) the reasons for my absence, this was before the midterms, and so he knew why i cannot get there easily, as its in port adelaide and woodville ( the branches, not the gradings). I came back, was ready for brown belt exam,
but instructor didnt ask me to show him what ive learnt, he usually decides on me the week before gradings but this time he said only a "no." I suspected it was because of my grandfather because ive been away 3 weeks before an approaching grading previously and he let me go for brown stripe. the next grading after this wouldve been the mainstream and I knew he will hold me back again, amoungst other things I saw that night so decided that I couldnt train with that instructor ever again. I heard ruttens was opening only two minutes walk from my place so its more convient for me and my family so less worry on my safety on getting there and getting home. so thats why.

thanks, the instructor at rutten is much more friendier and he understood that I need to lipread to be able to understand the coaches better, and that lipreading is a part of my life, weither I like it or not. the class there are also friendler, they are more relaxed in attidude wise that is, because they know when to go easy and when not to. rhee instructor just makes the senior belts go hard on the yellows and greens because theyd be new at sparring and all heh.. but the ruttens go easy because they know that the whites to greens are new at sparring.

You'll become so famous, you'll need a forum of your own. 8)

And (Mad), calling me cute will just get you a blank look. I tend to do that, being so divorced from my local environment. 8)

Cue interview with a sobbing Bazza, his face pixellated to hide his identity. Or maybe that's what he now looks like after the attack.... 8) "I logged on to the forum that day, and she was there, waiting for me with that umbrella.... *sniff*" 8)

Quick update on Taekwondo. Andy Rutten of the Rutten Taekwondo decided/declared me as fourth grade, retaining my blue belt but with two white stripes, since I was a blue with brown stripe at Rhee (which converts to the red belt of WTF belt system) but we both agreeded to allow my starting rank to be the belt before the red so I'll have plenty of time to get used to different ways of blocking, well it is slightly different and I also will get the chance to train in Korean Stick Fighting, which is brilliant. That's all for now folks.
