Can that be labeled censorship?

by Psike81 » Wed Dec 13, 2006 12:26 am

Mod Edit: And where this thread came from.

O.o ... can that be labeled censorship ? Not that it really changes the course of history except when the word "terrorism" is used .

porn spam, and porn with spam. Umm.

Resident tank enthusiast. See me for racist and opinionated storytelling and vaguely accurate historical tank warfare-themed rants.

Personally, I'd just delete everything they post here. Its been the way I've handled spam on mailing lists, so I'm not going to behave any differently on a forum.

Hey, I only adhere to #8. Besides, don't hate, INNERVATE! Must we actually maintain the illusion that a social life encompasses any of us except for Madman after midnight? ;)

PS. Spell it right ffs. Why do 99 out of 100 people automatically assume it ends with a Z?! You FAIL.

White passes for being the only person in a long time who got it right first shot.

Grats, Mappy. The card is in the mail. ;)

I'm still wondering about your last name, Jason. McKellar or Mackellar? 8)

All this talk of LE's name is pointless. Everyone knows it was originally pronounced Mendethsthsth*spittle**knotting of tongue between multiple teeth*. LOLS Spaniards. The only language in Europe that forced people into greater verbal gymnastics were the Germans. Though the various Balkan peeps give them a run for their money.... 8)

:hmmm:

Doesnt bother me either way, use what you feel is comfortable with. I never seen someone who got so much upset as much as LE over a misspelling of his surname. So I hence propose we should make a forum poll to find out how many people care, or know, or who dont know his correct last name :).

At least his last name is quite common... People spell and pronounce mine wrong all the time.

I'm glad my family name is Page. The only people likely to get that wrong would hail from a small rural village somewhere in the more forgotten parts of a country like, say, Turkmenistan. 8)

Sorry, Mappy, but you fail. The surname is actually Portugese. ;) When Portugal and Spain were at odds with each other 500 years ago, Spain went after the northern half of the world while Portugal went for the southern, including India. Portugal were quite entrenched in the sourthern part of India, such as Goa, which was were my grandparents originated from on my father's side. Interestingly enough, Portugal actually came up with the original recipe for Vindaloo. The Indians modified it.

Does that mean you can wipe Portugal out by bombing them with lager? It's the best thing to kill a vindaloo, you know. 8)
