AJAS POLL 2011


PART 1 – AJAS 2012 THEME NIGHTS:

This part is a vote for the 8 theme nights which will be incorporated into the 2012 playlist, one of these will be ECCHI!!!

You must now number the options, in preference from 1-16.
The top 7 from the list at the end of the voting period (January 3rd 2012) will be included for the theme nights. The order of the theme nights will be determined on the first meeting of 2012.


Tsundere
- Tsundere characters or characters voiced by Kugimiya Rie

Boylove/Girllove
- Yaoi, yuri, or trap shows

I’ve been SHAFTED
- The realm of Akiyuki Shinbo

Fly me to the moon
- Space shows

Barrel of laughs
- Comedies

Old School Tech
- Steampunk, medieval or anything with old technology

Battles and other manly things
- Mecha, war, fighting and cardgames

The death of Tokyo Tower
- Anything that destroys said tower

So bad, it’s good…
- Shows that are so bad, they’re actually watchable

Iron Chef
- Cooking shows

In America
- Shows that have American characters, are based in America, or are shows based on American ones

Moeblob’s R Us
- Moe shows

Boom! Headshot!!
- Action shows

They’re not quite dead yet
- Shows involving vampires, ghosts, or the supernatural

Servants and Masters
- Butlers, maids and masters

Animals and other beasts

- Anything with cute fluffy creatures or furries in it




PART 2 – THE AJAS 2011 POLL:

It's time again for the annual AJAS Poll, where everyone votes on all the shows that we have played across the past year.

Rules:
1. Shows must be voted and given a mark between 0 AND 10. If you haven't seen a particular series, you may leave it blank.
2. 1/2 marks, decimal points, etc., will be brought DOWN to the next whole number. Negative scores will be brought UP to 0.
3. All votes will be either PM'ed to me (dhumahn) on the AJAS forum, or by handing in a written sheet. That does not mean you can vote more than once, as only the first lot will be accepted.
4. All votes will be accepted no later than 4 WEEKS after the date of the final playlist for 2011 (January 3rd 2012).
5. Only 1 set of votes will be accepted per person, and you CANNOT change your votes afterwards.
6. The results will be announced progressively after the closing date, with the winners announced at the start of the first AJAS meeting for 2012.

A quick glance through the returned sheets, last night, showed one title way out in front, with one more giving chase. The rest all had at least one or two votes lower than 5. That tends to kill momentum.

There is also one title that has little to no votes between 3 and 8. We call this "polarizing". You can probably guess which one it is. Its number in the poll probably set the 3 to 8 point gap in stone.

Well, I've done 9 peoples votes so far, and the show out in front was NOT any of the ones we were discussing last night mappy.....

almost finished all 20 lots of votes, and things are looking rather scary, i really don't want this particular entry to win...

Ok!! This is the FINAL call for voting for the AJAS 2011 POLL!! The poll closes at 10pm Tuesday, January 3rd!

Results for the poll will commence at some point on Thursday, January 5th (or whenever I feel like it, if I get bored beforehand). The theme nights will be announced at the first meeting for 2012.
