2011 Forum upgrade

I was hoping to get around to this while I was over in Malaysia.

But now finally I've done the phpBB upgrade from 3.0.7 to 3.0.8 .
Well that maybe not much of a jump the next one is.

Manually updated the AJAS mod of the prosilver theme from 3.0.0 to 3.0.8 .
This has meant that I can now use reCAPTCHA to replace the horrible GDimage CAPTCHA.
I have a few more tweaks for the theme coming..............
