It all depends if it's based on the American shitefest or the original British version. Given the artwork, I'd say probably the shitefest.
Mel Gibson's remake of The Life of Brian is nowhere near as funny as the original.

The UK vampire series Ultraviolet was pretty damn good. And the creators were intelligent enough to make just one series and not ruin its memory.
The US movie Ultraviolet was a pile of dehydrated goat dung. Making it an anime will not change its innately dung-like nature, but it might be a little closer to fresh and steaming.
