and i mean it was some serious kick but action! blood.... and yeah i have to admit a tad little incy bit of mild H. Unfortunately though i think it is only avaliable in english Dub

The Anime DB description sucks..... anyone who sees the movie will see how bad the description is.... where is the referance to the roman empire, the virus and of course an underground resistance

I believe the only version available is in English. I've seen it, too.... Dunno what to make of it, but if you've seen Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust (as opposed to the oav made in the 80's), you know what to expect.

I think there are a couple of dual audio ones out there somewhere... I haven't been bothered.

I've only seen it in English. I don't think Scottish accents would make Japanese very understandable. Also, roman name of despot gives away roman empire in the description.

have to like the WW2 short!
