What's Your Fave Anime Being Screened This Month?

by michu_kitty » Sat Mar 17, 2007 12:51 pm

I saw Death Note for the first time, when I watched it I was like "Wow! I've never seen something like this before!" It was really good, I liked it. Now I miss it, just kidding! So, what's your favourite?

At the moment I'd probably have to go with Welcome to the NHK. It's one of the current shows that has actually kept me interested enough to watch the entire series before its screening at AJAS.

Death Note is okay but I've seen too many shows like it recently so it doesn't really stand out in my opinion. Not to meation it has a huge following already and I tend not to enjoy the shows with a large fanbase.

Anything recently played on OAV/Movie nights would probably be acceptable. Which would, therefore, include Genshiken 13 and Pale Cocoon for me. And maybe Freedom as well.

Yay~ Well, I've watched the live action (part 1) and it was great!
Ung.. the OVA's I like... Yukikaze, and 5 cm per second (or was it per week?)

Even at 5cm Per Second, that's still pretty damn slow.... People without legs can walk faster than that.... 8)

Either Rozen Maiden or Ouran High School Host Club cant decide, although Death Note is looking pretty good, i must watch more of this.

Nodame Cantabile??? We haven't screened that yet have we?
At least I'm getting an idea what people want shown.

So now that the playlist has changed, with a couple of series finishing and being replaced with new shows, has it changed your favorites for this month?

Death Note is much much much more better than the manga. There was so many contradictories and boredom in the manga which the anime doesnt have. Also clearly explains things especially when the transition from the Yostuba arc to the 2 vs 1 arc without giving too much away XD.

Welcome to the NHK and Death Note are good. Black Lagoon is positively useless.

I, of course, disagree with LE about Black Lagoon.

Code Geass and Death Note take precedent for me, atm.
