Hey! Don't make this one hard to read, I nearly missed it.

I was looking forward to seeing this show:

Murder Princess
http://anidb.info/perl-bin/animedb.pl?s ... e&aid=4860

But then I saw who was making it, and my heart sank.

God, I hope they don't simply do what they always do and fit lots of stills to Kajiura BGM. That would just be baiting my wrath completely....

Oh come on Bee Train is always like that, at least you can get some well-deserved sleep while watching it :).

From that list I'm guessing 2007 will be the year I watch more mecha. For everyone else it will be another year plagued by ecchi.

There's very few titles that interest me and most of the ones that do are only OVAs.

Sigh.. Will this win the wooden spoon for 2007?
It's probably to crap to show.

I'm going to be original, here, and reserve judgement on these titles until I've actually watched them, or a few episodes of them (yes, even the things made by Bee Train.... I've read a couple of chapters and a detailed review of the Murder Princess manga, which is why I'm somewhat disappointed).

I think I've passed the stage where I'm ready to shout everything down because I've seen a single image and/or a garbled synopsis.... or neither in one or two cases. Hard to judge the worthiness of these shows with no more information than a title.

And this is just January. Still another 11 months worth to go.

Yes... If there continues to be more shoujo titles like this I'll have plenty to watch.

Manga is a good read, better part of the shoujo genre. Looking forward to it. Nice to see we both have good taste. ;)

For a minute there I thought you were into musical shoujo anime... not just the one in particular. I was about to lump you with NANA (which I'm addicted to).

Lots of animes based on games/LA TV Shows.

Maybe they are running light on ideas now :(.

Looks like condition normal to me.

Reading a bit of talkup on some lists and boards for Venus Versus Virus. This isn't filling me with hope. 8)

I must feel proud about the things I choose ...,

Be it Ero-games , doujinshi , or clothes ; its all the SAME !

Well if South Park did World of krieg handwerk, looks like anime will hit it up soon at this rate. :P

I finally caught that episode on youtube, it was some of the funniest stuff I've ever seen. Hey, all true what they said. I doubt you'll find a player who didn't like that episode and didn't like the banter we cop. We love copping it and always will.

@Atory: I need to read/watch that. Can you help? PS. Your new avatar is sweet.

For those that have been watching these new series (or, fansubs thereof); is there anything that stands out as a possible epic-level anime (akin to Haruhi)? I desperatly need something new to watch. I never thought I'd be cursing having 24 hours of spare time a day. :ouch:

It is also the most powerful of the different armours. It was only ever used once as it was only ever completed to beta stage and the weight of it put too much pressure on the Liger's joints and caused major overheating. It's cannons are able to take out at least 100 mid-sized enemy units in one attack and also sends the Liger flying back in recoil regardless of the unit's weight.

Okay I'll stop getting off topic now by being a mecha nerd.
