Japanese Postal Stamps

by Atory » Wed Aug 15, 2007 8:10 pm

I was wondering if anyone knows what the writing on Japanese postage stamps says. I know the first 2 symbols are Nippon.

I need to know this for a Uni assignment.

Resident tank enthusiast. See me for racist and opinionated storytelling and vaguely accurate historical tank warfare-themed rants.

Yeah... I only had the Kanji in an image form... I was after the symbols in a text form. I wasn't after English, just wanted it so I could translate it to get the Kanji in Unicode.

for some reason only hiragana shows up properly on my computer... the katakana and kanji just appear as boxes with the unicode number written inside.
Mel Gibson's remake of The Life of Brian is nowhere near as funny as the original.
