Chopper Bloody Read! ^^

by Last Exile » Fri Nov 17, 2006 1:14 am

Well, it seems even in the US they like the section of the Ronnie Johns show featuring Chopper Read. I've taken quite a liking to the Chopper section lately. Here's my favourite one:

Chooper does horoscopes - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=olx_Jifwixc

(WARNING - That linked video has a lot of swear words in it so don't play it at work or school or you'll get owned hardcore like Neville Bartos)

That one never fails to crack me up.

I also like the ones he does on weather, bingo, Christmas and of course, his 'harden the fark up' letters.

Which ones do you like?

They probably think he's fictional, like American culture.

Yeah, when I explained the the US people in my guild on vent that he's based off the REAL Chopper Read, they were surprised.

I remember the interview he did on Elle McFeast's short-lived show.... where he started talking about the good old days when he was creatively killing people....

Quite apart from that, the show itself had a lot of ill-feeling behind the scenes.... I'm not surprised it was canned after 12 or so episodes.
