How many bodies do you think you could fit in the boot?

You should pop the hood and boot and give us some pictures of those too.

Mmm.... The distinct note of the Nissan's straight-6.... The turbo version made touring cars in the late 80's worth watching, alongside all those farting Sierra Cosworths and Bimmer M3's.

That wasn't a good time for the ears in Australian motorsport. But at least we got to hear the likes of the Lamborghini V12 in the back of the Larrousse Lolas at the Grand Prix in 1989.... Quite possibly the most beautiful-sounding engine ever to grace Australian racing circuits. Pity it was so crap, results-wise. 8)

I'm not sure but I think someone's played with the exhaust before I bought it, since it's a single pipe instead of the standard 2. Either way it sounds pretty sweet, especially going up Mc. Intyre road in 4th. 8)

We (meaning Jim and meself) almost bought a Skyline as a replacement for the Mitsubishi Starwagon L300 Express that had met its end upon hitting a wanker who turned right in front of us on North East Road (after which most of my spinal problems flared up badly.... The only upside to all this is that the bull bar on the front of our wagon protected Jim's legs from being crushed and allowed us to bury our right-front corner deep into the engine block of the tosser's Ford Laser). However, upon seeing our enthusiasm for the vehicle, the sales yard mysteriously put the price a grand above our cash reserves. So we ended up with a similarly-aged Magna instead.

Mind you, once the Magna's radiator had some seeing-to, the thing has run pretty flawlessly. Well, I put a caveat on flawlessly because it is a Mitsubishi (aka Bitsaremissing), and no matter how hard you try, it is difficult to get excited about the Astron II 2.6l 4 under the engine cover and the fact that it is light silvery green (so I won't torment you all with a photo of its poxy magnificence). Reminds me of RW feeling embarassed about his portable hard drive being smurf-shit blue rather than black.... 8)

Considering everything you've said this week, forgive me if I have serious doubts over your definition of harmless.

well last exile, considering your comments, about the only thing you would consider harmless is astro boy and kimba the white lion.
