I think I might need to take less risks...

Stories need a start and and end, not just a middle...

44. Black Lagoon Omake 4.636
DVD extras don't make a show.....period

43. Bungaku Shoujo - Kyou No Oyatsu – Hatsukoi 4.714
Maybe the movie would have resulted in a better score?

Shogi makes people go zzzzz....

=33. Astro Fighter Sunred/Hellsing Ultimate 5.867
Way lower than I thought they'd be...

Much ado about nothing.....for so many hours...

20...somethings...

=28.Higepiyo/Nodame Cantabile -Finale-/The House of 5 Leaves 6.078
3 way tie...

27. Break Blade 6.133
I expect this one to improve in 2011...

26. Angel Beats! 6.157
Should have been re-created to *All Those Angels Beaten Up By Dokuro-Chan*

25. Shin Mazinger 6.300
The only show that got voted off this year ended up here...

24. Zan Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei 6.411
And yet the OVA did so much better for some reason...

23. Yondemasuyo, Azazel-san 6.425
This was in the top 10 for quite awhile, before slowly slipping away...

22. Spice and Wolf 2 6.454
Very tasty apples indeed...

21. Fumiko No Kokuhaku 6.550
I wonder if it's even physically possible to recreate this in real life?

20. Sora No Woto 6.633
The other K-ON!....and they actually did something!!

...those who missed out on the top 10...

19. Hetalia Axis Powers 6.664
PASTA!!!

And it didn't really go anywhere...

Stayed about this point the whole way through...

15. Umineko No Naku Koro Ni 6.962
And the ED song was so good too...

14. Rainbow 7.000
Will they remain sane after they get out??

13. Tokyo Magitude 8.0 7.027
Small children and concrete don't mix...

12. Summer Wars 7.050
Being out in the country DOES make you an easy target...

11. Lovely Complex 7.100
Juuuuuust missed out on the top 10...

Now for the AJAS top 10 for 2010...

10. Zan Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei: No Man's Land 7.189
The (hopefully) final installment of this show scraped in at no. 10...

=8. Cat Sh*t One/Lupin the Third - The Last Job 7.300
another tied spot....I ownder if this will be all there is for these 2...

7. Hanamaru Kindergarten 7.491
Cute and innocent always seems to please the audience...

6. Baka To Test To Shokanjuu 7.817
And hear the pens of 1000's of Hideyoshi Doujin's being written...

5. The Tatami Galaxy 7.956
Stayed pretty much in the spot the whole way through, altough I just hope I don't have to do any more subbing work...

4. Detroit Metal City 8.150
ALL HAIL KRAUSER!!!

and now for the AJAS 2010 top 3.......well, there is no 3rd spot, since 2nd place ended up a tie:

well, the show pretty much started in last, and never came out of it. At one point it was at about 1.6, so just be thankful it ended up where it did

No. No, it wouldn't. That 15 minute short was better than the movie, which forgot that the title was Bungaku Shoujo, and thus told a story in which she was a side-character.

Or, in other words, people have finally been as cruel in their votes as they have threatened to be for years.

I also said that it would be likely the Satoshi Kon movies we played would upstage everything else made last year. 8)

My original pick was Tatami Galaxy. My other main pick was Koizumi, which I suggested to Greg a day before he started posting results.

And boy, did I shake things up by suggesting the Satoshi Kon night.

Edit: And for the first time in years, Mappy's call wasn't right.

The AJAS polls aren't the best way to measure quality, mate. What with that time LoGH scored bottom and all. It's just the average scores of about 15 people, since nobody else submitted a sheet.
Although I don’t know about the directions at 4:51.
It’s commonly known when you look north in Japan East is to your left. Please don’t try to correct that sentence. It lasts only for a second but I wouldn’t expect a mistake like that.

Unless it was 2002, in which the number of voters was 75.

Also: you have to badger and harass people about it in person. ie "you aren't leaving this room alive unless you vote".

Works for me. Especially when I start waving around the AK....
