Great, so the Japanese defence forces don't just suck at crewing submarines but also can't figure out to keep secret documents away form computers connected to the internet. Just picture how quickly WWII would have been over if the net had existed in the 1930s.
The Japanese are looking about as reliable as Australian Defence Force helicopter pilots. Blackhawk helicopters, better killers of SAS personnel that either the Viet Cong or the NVA.
