What really concerns me is the ambiguity. It doesn't have to actually happen. It only has to 'appear' to happen. A few bureaucrats get power to choose what is right for all. This is a disturbing trend. America, the United Kingdom. Get the feeling we're next?

pic removed for not being PG-rated. Have a nice day...

Does this mean I'm a sex offender now? I mean, rape and sodomy!?! It is highly immoral and illegal and I must be punished for my heinous crimes against society.

Resident tank enthusiast. See me for racist and opinionated storytelling and vaguely accurate historical tank warfare-themed rants.

The sad thing is, when the law comes into force you could be arrested for that. That's how stupid the law is.

The spirit of the law is sound, but how many people listen to the spirit of the law? They tend to go with the letter of the law. In the long run i can see this costing millions of pounds as it goes through courts, appeals, and then people suing the gov for breech of their civil liberties
