I guess that means that Tokyo Night Train has disappeared and Madman goes back to being a monopoly.

OK, Here is the reason why fansubs >= Anime Releases, WTF!!!! WHY THE HELL ARE THESE ANIMES WORTH $29.95???? ALSO CAPS LOCK IS CRUIZE CONTROL FOR COOL.

For a quick aniDB search, Daphne is 4 yo TU is 6 yo, NGR is 4 yo and oh wow Starship Operators is 3 yo.... *SIGH* DO NOT GET, 300 AND CASINO ROYALE ARE $9.95 AND THEY AREN'T EVEN AS OLD AS THESE ANIMES and they are all DVD not blu-ray or HD DVD sigh sigh sigh. I think I keep my cash in my wallet and save some money and real space.

I doubt that's the price for a boxset, Ras. They couldn't possibly make a profit from that, especially for a series being newly released.

that is why i used cruise control for the word FROM.

the same crappy word that EB uses, only one item has to be $29.95 and everything else can be more!

not happy though since i have half completed half of the series due for rereleasal!

This means that the cheapest of those collections will be $29.95 but at least they are using the term "collections". I just wish they wouldn't make us wait so long for series that have been available even in the US for ages.

Their web exclusive figurines were available in stores over six months ago.

Yea but the problem was that 6 months exclusiveness was the same figures were at retail level, saw the figurines in K-mart, David Jones and Big W at a far less price than these guys are offering. These figures are at least a year or 2 old... My guess they bought them out on ebay and reselling them there.

Most of those titles don't excite me in the slightest. Not even with super cut price bargain boxsets. And since the last few dvds I bought from Madman were dead within six months of purchase, I doubt the longevity of these products. Not even el cheapo Magna Pacific boxsets I have have died within years of their purchase. Madman is in a league all by themselves.

So, my primary American-based company Geneon'd, and my favorite Australianish-based company is pizzahouse.

What am I going to spend all my money on? Heaven forbid I might have to spend it on something worthwhile...

The only title that peaks any interest is Black Lagoon, but I'm wary of the QUALITY DVD's.
