Playlist - 3rd February 2009

by Dhumahn » Tue Jan 27, 2009 11:08 pm

For those who did not hear Barron last meeting, there is going to be an election for a new AJAS president taking place soon. More details as it comes to hand....CANCELLED DUE TO ONGOING NEGOTIATIONS

Now, for the new playlist, I've tried to mix it with shows that did well from the poll, but to which have not yet been completed.

This weeks playlist may be as follows, THIS IS THE FINAL LIST!!!!:

Doujin Work 5 (vote)
Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann 6
Daughter Of 20 Faces 10
Potemayo 3
Bounen No Xamdou 6
Baccano 12/13 (final)
Soul Eater 6

...enjoy 8)

Time for some heads to roll...

If we are becoming an Adelaide Uni club does that mean the prez has to be student or staff there?

Well Soul Eater did tank badly in the poll, so I've merely omitted it from the list.

Not sure how many heads will roll over this one....

I'm believing that, although the president does not have to be a student there, at least a certain percentage of the commitee has to.

...So basically, one of the two guys from Adelaide should be on the committee (provided more people don't show)...

True, but it doesn't mean that everyone else can't have a go either, hell, even I'm throwing my hat into the ring on this one.

I believe the room will be C3-16. Barron will probably mention otherwise if that is the case.

Updated the Regular Playlist Guide.
viewtopic.php?f=2&t=395#p4112

Most info about the shows we play can be sourced there.

Last Exile wrote:Is Moyashimon that 'vegetable' one?

It is more about microbes and the things they do, including brewing, culturing and causing various illnesses. And an agricultural college student who can both see and communicate with them.

Amongst many other things.

So you get to see a lot of these.

And a fair bit of this.

Before you get to this.

Cheers.

Obviously the president has spoken about Soul Eater (there's going to be a number of people not happy with that decision). I mean, if it did THAT badly on the poll, why continue with something that may clear the room??

I get the feeling peer pressure affects what one says during the 5th episode vote. The end of year vote provides anonymity.
