Welcome to AJAS, or the Adelaide Japanese Animation Society for those who like to say it the long way. Since 1993, AJAS has strived to showcase the local anime community with some of the best anime to come out from Japan, in a cinema-like environment.

Where We Are:

AJAS is located at UniSA's City East Campus on North Terrace, and is held every Tuesday from 6-9pm, with the exception of the Christmas/New Year period. Admission is FREE!!!, and all persons attending must be 15 years or older.
The room we use depends on the bookings we make, however we try to make it one of the rooms on the top of the list.

For those who arrive early, we meet in the foyer outside room C3-16 before heading to the night's meeting room.

Screening Format:

The Regular Playlist consists of up to 8 different shows, taken from the full spectrum of genres that anime has to offer (with the exclusion of hentai, or adult titles). The first meeting of the year, as well as the first meetings of April, July and October are set as OVA and/or movie nights. These nights can contain various other elements, such as games, contests, etc. Other first meetings of each month may also be allocated to OVA/Movie nights when materials are available.

For New Forum Users:
