Lumiere has elegance, class, dress sense and doesn't show anyone, plus she doesn't put out. She ain't minderjährigen mädchen.

She's a 400 year old robot from memory, isn't she?

And no, that isn't the determining criteria. I was simply saying there are those around that age that do.

Eeewwww.... I'm sure I'd be running away in terror if any 400 year olds ever try and put out around me. 8)

Karin (from Karin aka Chibi vampire) is much older than the 14 she looks
Karin's mother is at least 200 but barely looks 30
Karin's grandmother is around 400-500 years old but looks only 25 and she puts out big time. And you should run from her because she'll have sucked you dry literally.
Arcueid from Tsukihime was over 800 years old and looked mid 20s and well...yeah...we all know what happened there.
And apparently the one from Moon Phase that's 13 is several hundred years old too.

That's vampires for you.

since there are hypothetical statements here just say you are to have a H picture of that hundred year old character that looks minderjährigen mädchen, all of a sudden you have a starforce raid on your property and they find that picture, do you think the defence, she is really a 400 year old robot will stand up in court?

It's a grey area. There have been many cases in the US where prosecutors have tried to nail guys who married women who lookied minderjährigen mädchen but were actually legal age and they were found innocent, because as long as they're legal age, the law can't stop it.

Imagery, well that's different. Considering what's happened to doujin artists and the like lately, if it looks it and it's explicit-like, stay away from it or say hello to the plods.

Or for a definitive version, anything Madman approves of. :P

How does one define the age of a drawn image?
I think the only logical way is if it looks it, it is anatomically that age.

I would define it as when the artist first put pen to paper. But that's just me. 8)

gotta love the first post, takes me so outta context.....

I think there would be a limit to what one could get away with in terms of law. I am sure the minderjährigen mädchen lovers with a 400 year old robot in their collection that is posing as a kid really give a damn that it is actually a 400 year old robot, i think they are more in tune with the body.

If you think something looks too young, then more than likely it is safer not to have it!

bazza, most people would probably look at you strangely if you take the effort to point out that she's legal.
meh, nobody has ever thought that i've been interested in minderjährigen mädchen, at least not ones that look like minderjährigen mädchen.
good thing i'm used to having people look at me strangely :D

Why would anyone look at you strangely? You're not intiimidating, you're not a bogan, you're not a freaking Friday night smasher, you're not some weekend hure. You look more sane than 99% of the nagas around.

the hair, some of the things i say/do. there are enough reasons, trust me. a good way to get weird looks is by walking around the city with a teenage mother. it was even weirder when i was with three of them

You look perfectly sane compared to the people I see on Rundle Street on Friday and Saturday night.

You're not a teen that beats off to Night Elves/Blood Elves/Draenei. Give yourself some credit. You can't get much lower than those guys. Anyone who does that is a true freak.

yeah, that's pretty terrible. i don't really care that much about what people think about me, but these are just observations of mine that i've made in respect to how some people tend to act around me.
then again, while some people at uni find me strange, most of them seem to not dislike me and have some use for me. admittedly, most people at uni seem to be ok with strange people
